There are numerous parallel ridges on the surface of the nail plate, running from base to tip, which vary in depth with the individual. For nails that have pronounced ridges or other surface irregularities, MAVALA developed Ridge-Filler, which gives a smooth surface to the nail. Nail polish then goes on more easily and evenly.

• cover the entire nail surface with Ridge-Filler and allow to dry before continuing with your manicure. It is unnecessary to use a base coat. Deep ridges may require a second coat in order to obtain a smooth finish.
